Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the South East Water contract across Kent, Sussex and Basingstoke. You will supervise field teams, coordinate data collection, leakage programs and CSL activities while driving productivity and performance against contractual KPIs.

Based across the South East region with regular site travel, you will develop teams, optimise fleet use and contribute to continuous improvement within utilities operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage operations against KPIs and targets.
• Experience leading field-based and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong reporting and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery across leak detection, data collection and CSL services.
• Oversee workforce planning, fleet utilisation and safety compliance.
• Coordinate resources across multiple sites and workstreams.
