Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an operational delivery leader to oversee leak detection, data collection and CSL services across Kent, Sussex and Basingstoke for the South East Water contract. You will manage field teams and office support, ensure KPI achievement, and drive improved performance across multiple streams.

The role emphasizes safety, data integrity, and collaboration with clients, with opportunities to grow into regional leadership and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• NRSWA / Streetworks Supervisor qualification (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
• Prince 2 (PM2)
• Experience with NEC contracts or similar UK water utility frameworks
• Commitment to ongoing professional development within utilities operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational teams delivering leak detection, data collection and CSL services across the South East Water region.
• Ensure programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual KPIs, leakage targets and client expectations.
• Oversee daily operations, workforce planning, performance management and fleet utilisation.
• Drive productivity, maintain data accuracy and support reporting requirements.
• Engage with client representatives and report on performance and issues.
