Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Waste Water Process Engineer to join our Water Engineering teams across multiple UK locations. You will lead process design for wastewater and water reuse projects, from feasibility to detailed design, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role involves site visits, client interactions, and guidance to junior staff, with a flexible two-days-per-week hybrid work arrangement and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering process design for municipal water projects.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and P&IDs.
• CEng or working towards Chartership within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Produce process design deliverables such as optioneering studies, calculations, mass balance, and P&IDs.
• Undertake outline or detailed process engineering design.
• Attend site visits for data collection and to meet operators.
• Provide technical input to procurement and supplier proposals.
• Support Project Managers in discussions with clients.
