WSP in the UK is seeking a Principal or Associate Engineer (Wastewater Network Modelling) to support project delivery, supervise tasks, and review deliverables. You will work with clients such as Severn Trent, Scottish Water Horizons, Welsh Water, and Southern Water to shape technical quality and service efficiency.

You will develop the urban drainage modelling capability, provide training to junior members, and contribute to business development and knowledge sharing across a growing team in

Competenze

• A relevant engineering degree and chartered, or progress toward chartership with ICE, IEI, IoW or CIWEM.
• Experience with wastewater hydraulic modelling (InfoWorks ICM) and ability to review others' outputs.
• Knowledge of Water Industry Specifications, Code of Practice for Hydraulic Modelling of Urban Drainage Systems and relevant British Standards.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

• Develop the urban drainage modelling capability in the team and mentor junior members.
• Support the team lead in managing the local technical delivery team.
• Provide technical input on urban drainage projects and support wastewater projects with innovative delivery approaches.
• Exercise independent engineering judgement and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships at all levels, and coordinate project meetings with clients.
• Participate in business development and proposal preparation.
• Promote the WSP brand through industry forums and conferences.
• Contribute to learning within the wider team through knowledge sharing.
