Job summary

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking a Senior Compliance & Efficiency Analyst for the Waste Services to improve operational performance, monitor data, and support sustainability objectives.

You will lead data reporting to Senior Management, liaise with service users and partners, manage the Clinical Waste Service, map processes, and support telematics and CRM systems to optimise service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in data monitoring and reporting to management.
• Knowledge of waste services or municipal operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present performance data and statistics to Senior Management and external bodies.
• Oversee consultations with service users, businesses and providers and represent the Authority at meetings.
• Support and manage the Clinical Waste Service provision for domestic/commercial properties.
• Develop and implement process maps within Waste Services and identify process improvements.
