Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team in the United Kingdom. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensure accurate order processing, and maintain compliant daily logistics processes while supporting our clients' global needs.

You will work with a dynamic team, handling cross-department coordination, data integrity, and documentation, to deliver reliable supply chain workflows and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain roles.
• Familiar with modern WMS systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing shipments, process orders accurately, and maintain logistics documentation.
• Liaise across internal departments, hauliers, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries and communicate stock availability.
• Update warehouse databases, generate reports, and ensure safety regulations and policies are followed.
