Job Title: Senior Waiter

Type: Full-time | Front of House | 40 hours/week

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Waiter to lead our Waiting Team and assist with the restaurant & Champagne Bar at the iconic St Pancras International Station. You will be responsible for running sections during restaurant service and supporting high-end events.

Salary: £17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests
• Participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Assist in setting up for events
• Nurture and develop new waiters and commis waiters
• Adhere to company policies and departmental procedures
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service standards are met
• Handle guest requests courteously and effectively
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and health & safety regulations
