Macquarie Capital, London-based, seeks a Senior Vice President (Director) / Managing Director to expand the Business Services advisory franchise in Europe. The role focuses on originating, leading, and advising on M&A and strategic assignments across infrastructure-like sectors within the region.

The position requires a track record of leading complex mandates, a deep understanding of Business Services, and the ability to develop senior client relationships while coordinating cross-border teams

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating, winning and leading M&A and strategic advisory mandates.
• Deep Business Services expertise across sectors with infrastructure overlap.
• Experience advising private equity sponsors, funds, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Originate and lead M&A and advisory mandates.
• Develop senior-level client relationships and generate new business.
• Lead transactions from strategic positioning through execution across Europe.
• Advise sponsors, funds, and corporates on complex strategic options.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Software and Services and related sectors.
