Job summary

Deutsche Bank in London is seeking an Infrastructure & Utilities VP to support origination and execution of M&A, ECM and DCM across EMEA clients. You will cover key accounts, develop pitches, perform valuation work and work closely with the I&U team on live transactions.

The role requires strong Corporate Finance credentials in I&U, solid deal execution experience, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant Infrastructure & Utilities Corporate Finance experience in advisory
• Strong execution skills in M&A, ECM or DCM with complex deals
• Proficient in financial modelling and company valuation
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities for multi-team coordination

Responsibilities

• Support wider I&U coverage across key EMEA accounts
• Conduct sector and company research, valuation and financial modelling
• Communicate with clients, advisers and senior bankers on transactions
• Mentor and develop junior staff within the team
