• Proven track record of originating and leading M&A and strategic advisory mandates.
• Deep Business Services expertise across sub-segments overlapping with infrastructure-like sectors.
• Strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and investors in business services markets.
• Ability to develop trusted senior-level client relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Strategic advisory orientation with M&A and advisory experience preferred.
