Talent Motion is partnering with a leading global Property Consultancy to appoint an Associate Director level Vertical Transportation Consultant for client-side work in London. The role focuses on VT systems including lifts and escalators, with emphasis on delivering high standards across audits, life cycle costing and design support.

The package includes a base salary up to £74,000 plus a generous package: circa 15% bonus and 12% pension/medical, plus life assurance and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate Director level candidate with VT expertise.
• Experience delivering Term Consultancy, audits and life-cycle costing in VT.
• Strong client-facing and planning skills for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide VT technical leadership on lifts, escalators, moving walkways.
• Conduct audits, condition surveys, and technical reviews for VT assets.
• Plan, prioritise and resource work to meet client budgets and timelines.
• Support tender services, VT design and traffic analysis, and project management.
