Job summary
Talent Motion is sourcing an Associate level Vertical Transportation Consultant to join a leading real estate and engineering services team in London. You will deliver audits, due diligence, life cycle costing, and technical reviews for internal clients, covering lifts, escalators, moving walks, and related systems.
You will plan, prioritize and manage own work to meet client budgets, contribute to tender services, and support project management and contract administration within a 50+ engineer
Qualifications
- Experience in vertical transportation systems and consulting is preferred.
- Familiarity with audits, due diligence, life cycle costing and compliance assessments is desirable.
- Ability to understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and expertise on vertical transportation systems (lifts, escalators, moving walkways, platforms).
- Conduct Term Consultancy, audits, condition surveys, technical reviews, dilapidation surveys and due diligence.
- Plan, prioritise and resource own work to meet client needs and budgets; support tender services and project management.
