Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Senior V&V Engineer to own verification and validation activities for diverse civil/ mechanical domains within a safety-critical, regulated environment.

You will lead verification work packages, define verification strategies, assess evidence against requirements, and coach a team of V&V engineers to ensure high-quality technical outputs for regulators and delivery teams.

Competenze

• Degree-level qualification in an engineering discipline.
• Experience leading verification and validation activities.
• Ability to mentor and review outputs across a V&V team.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead verification & validation strategies for complex structures, systems or components.
• Act as intelligent customer in V&V of the plant and Rolls-Royce SMR business.
• Produce reports for regulators and present findings as required.
• Review, audit and collate evidence of verification activities.
