• Experience in verification and validation of safety-critical products.
• Ability to lead complex engineering projects and manage risks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in engineering and professional recognition or active pathway.

Responsibilities

• Develop verification and validation strategies within your area of responsibility.
• Act as an intelligent customer in the V&V of the plant and across RR SMR.
• Support the verification and validation of the safety case.
• Produce reports for regulatory bodies and present findings to regulators.
• Define objectives and requirements for verification activities and align with delivery teams.
• Review evidence of verification activities across internal teams and supply chain.
• Coach and review work to elevate technical quality across the team.
• Perform detailed technical checks and provide constructive feedback.
