Job summary

Next Level Talent Group is helping a long-established, family-run garage in Leeds recruit a Vehicle Technician with supervisory experience. The role combines hands-on diagnostics and repairs with people management to support a busy workshop.

You'll diagnose faults, service and maintain vehicles, interpret schematics, and price jobs accurately. The position offers training, progression, and a competitive package including a pension and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong diagnostics and repair capability.
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical information.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Mature judgement with decision‑making and ability to price jobs accurately.
• Management or supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor

£34,000–£40,000 + Monthly Profit Share + Annual Bonus + Pension + Christmas Bonus + Benefits Monday –Friday Only – No Weekends

Our client are a long‑established, very busy, family‑run garage with an excellent local reputation — and due to continued demand, they are looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians, ideally with some management or supervisory experience.

The Role

As a Motor Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are repaired, serviced and maintained to the highest standards. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will:
