Job summary

AeroVect is seeking a Senior UX Designer to define the design vision for its Autonomous Ground Support Equipment service. You will establish the design function from the ground up, setting the bar for operator-facing tools and dashboards used by airlines and airports.

You will own hands-on design for Fleet Operations interfaces, focusing on remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet monitoring, with an emphasis on high information density and fast decision-making.

Qualifications

• BFA, BS, or equivalent in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of product design experience owning complex, multi-surface products end-to-end.
• Experience designing operator-facing tooling for high-stakes, real-time contexts.
• Strong portfolio showing information-dense interfaces and real-time data.
• Proven ability to ship early-stage products without a design system.
• Experience building design standards or design systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the design vision and standards for the AGSE Service.
• Lead end-to-end design for Fleet Operations products, from discovery to high-fidelity execution.
• Design for high-stakes operator workflows where seconds matter.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to translate operator needs into scalable interfaces.
• Shape airline- and airport-facing dashboards, reporting, and SLA visibility tools.
• Drive user research with airline and airport customers and translate findings into requirements.
