Job summary

AeroVect Technologies Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Fleet Operations to define the strategy, roadmap, and development of products that enable autonomous Ground Support Equipment to operate safely and reliably at scale.

This role will define and build remote assistance infrastructure, dispatch systems, and fleet monitoring tooling that AeroVect’s service depends on to scale effectively. This role requires a blend of user-centric product thinking, technical fluency, and strong

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end.
Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling with emphasis on reliability and real-time performance.
Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap.
Drive technical execution across real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems.
Provide cross-functional leadership and act as the SME for Fleet Operations products.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for stakeholders.
Collaborate with UX, infrastructure, autonomy, and operations teams to ensure reliability.
