Job summary

Spatial Dimensions is seeking an experienced Senior Underground Utility Surveyor to join our surveying team. You will manage utility mapping projects from on-site work through to processing data, using GPR and locators, and ensuring PAS 128 compliance across commercial, residential, heritage and public sector projects.

You will mentor juniors, plan activities across projects and liaise with clients, while maintaining high health and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Six years' experience delivering utility surveys.
• Experience delivering to PAS 128 standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of utility mapping projects from site work to data processing.
• Utilise GPR and locators; interpret outputs and post-process data for PAS 128 surveys.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; contribute to training.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with project teams; ensure health and safety compliance.
