Job summary

LandScope Engineering is seeking a Senior Utility Surveyor to join the Underground Utility Survey team in Shropshire. You will deliver PAS128 surveys and lead field teams, while also mentoring juniors and processing survey data for client deliverables.

Experience with EM locating, GPR, and AutoCAD is essential. Travel and staying away from home may be required as projects demand, and a full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Underground Utility Surveyor and PAS128 compliance.
• Strong EM locating (EML) and GPR surveying experience.
• Office processing and interpretation of utility survey data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver underground utility surveys to PAS128 standards.
• Undertake utility mapping projects using electromagnetic locating and GPR technologies.
• Operate Radiodetection and Vivax locating equipment.
• Carry out GPR surveys using standard systems.
• Process, interpret and validate survey data for client deliverables.
• Produce and review survey drawings using AutoCAD.
• Lead field teams on utility survey projects.
• Mentor and support junior surveyors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
