Job summary
Spatial Dimensions is seeking an experienced Senior Underground Utility Surveyor to join our surveying team. You will carry out utility mapping projects from site work through data processing, with a strong PAS 128 focus and practical use of GPR and electromagnetic locators.
As a senior member you will make technical decisions, train junior staff, liaise with clients and oversee health and safety across survey activities.
Qualifications
- Six years' experience delivering utility surveys.
- Strong PAS 128 knowledge and adherence to standards.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to train junior staff and work independently.
- Experience with CCTV drainage surveys and related software is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of utility mapping projects from site work to data processing.
- Interpret outputs from GPR and locators; post-process data for PAS 128 surveys.
- Coordinate with clients and colleagues; mentor junior staff.
- Ensure health and safety compliance on survey activities.
- Liaise with clients and plan activities across projects.
