Job summary

Co-op Digital in Manchester is seeking a Utilities Specialist to validate utility bills for internal and external customers, manage complex queries, and support Power Billing Transformation. You’ll contribute to accurate payments and customer satisfaction within a collaborative CBS environment.

The role offers hybrid working with two days in the office per week and progression opportunities within Co-op Business Services. Strong Excel and stakeholder management are key requirements for success.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and IT proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience in the utility industry.
• Strong stakeholder management with presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate utility bills for internal and external customers, handling complex accounts.
• Complete COTs (Change of Tenancies).
• Manage complex supplier/customer queries through Salesforce case management.
• Be involved in Power Billing Transformation and future-proof processes.
• Handle supplier queries and debt resolution.
