Magenta Living is recruiting an experienced Energy & Utilities Accounts Manager to oversee energy accounts, contracts, meters, billing and consumption data across a portfolio of homes in the North West. The role focuses on resolving supplier and metering issues, improving records, and using data to control costs and inform business decisions.

This is a commercial and operational utilities role, requiring substantive energy or utility account-management experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of energy suppliers, accounts, contracts, meters and billing.
• Experience in handling consumption data to support business decisions.
• Proven track record in resolving supplier and metering issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of supplier, billing and metering issues across a large property portfolio.
• Improve accuracy of portfolio records and use data to identify risks and cost controls.
• Support clear business decisions through financial and consumption data analysis.
