Qualifications

• Significant pharmaceutical marketing/commercial experience with prescription medicines.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgement in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of UK prescription medicines environment, NHS structures and market access.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrix organisation.
• Strong skills in customer insight, segmentation, competitive intelligence and omnichannel marketing.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with regulators, payers and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Own UK prescription brand strategy, planning, positioning and launch governance.
• Lead end-to-end pre-launch and launch planning with integrated roadmaps.
• Direct cross-functional team across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales and Compliance.
• Translate patient and customer insights into strategic actions and roadmaps.
• Partner with Medical and Market Access to address evidence, funding and formulary needs.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategy and contingencies.
• Own forecasts, business cases, market size, uptake and investment planning.
• Develop integrated HCP/customer omnichannel strategy and channels.
