Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Business Assurance Manager to lead assurance activities across warehouse management systems, automation and operational change programmes. You will own UAT, integration testing and OAT, ensuring evidence-based readiness and formal sign-off before deployment.

You will lead a team of testing professionals, govern risk and defects, and provide independent recommendations to senior stakeholders across DHL operations, technology and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UAT, integration testing and operational acceptance testing (OAT).
• Proven ability to provide independent readiness recommendations and sign-off decisions.
• Strong governance, risk management and issue-tracking discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain UAT and OAT strategy, governance and delivery framework.
• Lead end-to-end testing for WMS implementations, releases and upgrades.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, defects and sign-off.
• Lead testing for warehouse automation, coordinating WMS, WCS and integration.
