Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Business Assurance Manager to lead assurance activities across warehouse management systems, automation, and operational change programmes. The role focuses on UAT, integration testing and OAT, providing evidence-based readiness assessments before go-live and guiding governance across DHL operations and partners.

You will lead UAT Test Leads and Test Analysts, standardise testing tools and templates, and ensure auditable evidence is maintained

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations or business assurance.
• Proven leadership of complex UAT programmes for WMS implementations, upgrades or releases.
• Experience testing customer-owned WMS platforms, including customer-led UAT, defect management, business acceptance and sign-off.
• Experience of automation commissioning and acceptance testing, including WMS, WCS and automation integration.
• Strong experience operating in complex, customer-facing programme environments involving multiple functions and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain UAT and Operational Acceptance Testing strategy, standards and governance.
• Lead end-to-end testing for WMS implementations, releases, upgrades and operational change.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test scenarios, evidence, defects, acceptance criteria and sign-off.
• Lead acceptance testing for warehouse automation and materials handling solutions, coordinating WMS, WCS and operational integration.
• Plan test environments, data, resources and activity against programme milestones.
