DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a high-performing logistics operation in the UK. You will be responsible for day-to-day leadership of a safe, efficient warehouse, aligning with customer requirements and contractual obligations.

In this role you will champion operational excellence, drive improvements, and manage performance against KPIs while building strong customer relationships. A proactive mindset and Lean knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Experience leading and managing operational teams within a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance against KPIs and service levels.
• A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
• Automotive industry experience or knowledge.
• Experience working within a customer-focused contract logistics environment.
• Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
