Job summary

Leapfrog Recruitment Consultants is seeking a senior trust professional to lead and shape the fiduciary administration function in Scotland. You will oversee complex trust structures, support business development and influence future direction, driving efficiency and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' trust industry experience and hold a STEP or CGI (ICSA) qualification (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' trust industry experience with STEP or CGI (ICSA) qualification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership experience with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams.

You'll have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, developing client relationships and delivering operational improvements, supported by outstanding communication, influencing and organisational skills.
