Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant

Location: Iver, United Kingdom – Hybrid (full time, office, Europe). BCD Travel is a global market leader in travel management, and we are seeking a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Search and confirm travel reservations for clients, ensuring accuracy and time‑sensitive delivery.
  • Provide expert travel policy consultation, consistently applying client policy requirements.
  • Fulfill all mandatory regulatory requests (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) and supply industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
  • Identify opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships, offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
  • Maintain active knowledge of travel industry trends and expand current expertise across supported regions.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a travel agent with deep knowledge of industry policies, procedures and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in GDS systems, specifically Sabre and Amadeus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
