Base pay range

• Location: SW London / Surrey (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
• Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience) + Team Sales Bonuses + Travel Perks
• Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend rotation)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Sales Executive to join a leading luxury travel company. If you have a strong background in travel sales, a passion for creating tailor-made holidays, and thrive in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment, this is the perfect opportunity.

You will be handling warm, high-value holiday enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth booking process. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with three days in our Richmond office and two days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound luxury travel enquiries into bookings
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and experiences
• Build relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service
• Maximise sales opportunities and work towards team performance targets
• Manage accurate booking administration and documentation
• Attend educational travel visits to enhance destination knowledge

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of travel sales experience (Travel Agent, Tour Operator, or similar)
• Proven track record in travel sales with strong conversion rates
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel for destination familiarisation trips

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience selling holidays.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean destinations such as Greece, Italy, France, and Spain
• Familiarity with CRM and booking systems
• A valid driving license is desirable

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday (on a rotational basis): 10 AM – 5 PM
• Sunday (seasonal rotation): 10 AM – 5 PM (Time off in lieu provided for weekend shifts)
