Qualifications

• Evidence of managing people and coordinating a busy transport operation.
• Experience delivering transport plans and meeting SLA/KPI targets.
• Knowledge of drivers hours, tachograph and WTD legislation.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements in transport.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to use transport planning software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site planners plan deliveries to meet delivery windows.
• Coordinate late load reports and communicate delays to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Working Time Directive for planners.
• Verify tachograph data and driver card downloads for analysis.
• Maintain loads meeting safety standards and achieve KPI targets.
