Grn-Search-Group in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Transport Planning Supervisor to lead the daily transport planning team and oversee operations. The role focuses on coordinating complex schedules, mentoring junior planners, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.

The successful candidate will drive improvements, oversee planning activities, and act as a senior point of contact for escalations from drivers and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Transport Planning with demonstrable senior-level responsibilities.
• Excellent understanding of EU Tachograph Regulations, WTD, and compliance best practice.

• Outstanding communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily transport planning, ensuring optimal routing and load allocation.

Salary: GBP48000 - GBP50000 per annum

Are you an experienced Senior Transport Planner ready to take on a leadership role in a high-performing logistics team?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing logistics operation supporting the Transport Manager in developing the planning team and overseeing the day to day operations.

Working on a Monday to Friday basis predominantly, you'll take the lead in coordinating complex transport schedules, supporting the planning team and managing processes ad the team continues to evolve with new customer workstreams.

This role requires someone adaptable, knowledgeable, and confident in their planning expertise.

The Role

• Lead daily transport planning, ensuring optimal routing and load allocation
