Senior Transition Manager

Opportunity to work for an exceptional business that is a leading Cloud and IT Solution Provider. We are seeking an experienced Service Transition Manager to oversee the transition to their Managed Service.

Essential Experience: You must have experience working within a Managed Service Provider – this is non-negotiable.

This position is home-based; however, occasional travel to the client site will be required.

Key Skills:

• ITIL certified
• Plan and deliver managed service transitions, including assessing the impact of change
• Implement and manage a framework for evaluating service capabilities and risk profiles before deploying new or changed services
• Provide mechanisms for building, testing, and deploying services and releases
• Manage risks related to new, changed, or retired services
• Successfully deploy service releases into supported environments
• Set correct expectations regarding the performance and use of new or changed services
• Ensure service changes deliver the expected business value
• Provide high-quality knowledge and information about services and assets
