The role involves coordinating client transitions into the Advice Hub, managing stakeholders, and ensuring minimal disruption during acquisitions. You will oversee pre- and post-acquisition activities, support resource planning, and contribute to process improvements.

Reporting to the Head of Adviser & Client Support, you will be part of the Advice Hub management team, working with advisers and external partners to deliver high standards of client transition.

Additionally, you will support leadership in planning future acquisitions and resource allocation.

The role is dynamic, with an emphasis on continuous improvement of client transition processes.
