Job summary

DBD International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a defined transformation project across multiple operational sites. You will oversee the deployment of new systems, processes and data, coordinating with programme leadership, teams and suppliers to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex projects within multi-project programmes or transformation environments.
• Proven delivery against time, cost, quality, scope and governance expectations.
• Experience developing integrated project plans, baselines and managing forecast variance and change.
• Experience coordinating business, technical, data, testing, change and operations readiness activities.
• Strong governance, assurance, risk and dependency management experience.
• Experience planning resources and delivering through matrix teams with shared specialists.
• Experience in regulated/public-sector or similarly controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the project lifecycle and focus on agreed outcomes.
• Set direction, priorities and accountability across the project team.
• Coordinate delivery across functions and resolve ownership gaps.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies and interfaces.
• Monitor performance, challenge assumptions and identify delivery risks.
• Manage scope, resources and delivery plans with clear impact assessments.
• Maintain governance, assurance and reporting arrangements for the project.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks and delivery confidence.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies across projects.
• Ensure required capability and capacity is available to deliver.
• Establish clear responsibilities and effective ways of working across matrix teams.
• Manage resource demand and availability for cross-project needs.
• Build strong relationships with programme leadership, teams and suppliers.
• Ensure operational needs are understood and reflected in delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across boundaries.
• Communicate complex information to technical and executive audiences.
• Coordinate business, data, technology and operations activities for delivery.
• Manage interfaces with other projects and workstreams and sequencing.
