Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Consultant in Programme and Change Acceleration to help deliver complex client transformation initiatives across multiple sectors, embedding governance, risk management and effective change practices. You will work with cross-functional teams to design PMOs, support planning and ensure high-quality outputs with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
• Experience in designing and executing change management strategies with stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organisation and support peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a project workstream by owning defined tasks and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies with project leads.
• Contribute to PMO governance, planning, risk management, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop business change deliverables such as impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, process maps, and training plans.
