Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex multi-supplier transformation initiatives.
• Commercial acumen to structure beneficial deals for clients and Capgemini.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models combining traditional change approaches with Agile.

Responsibilities

• Leading delivery of medium to complex transformation initiatives.
• Managing large client contracts, budgets, resources and billing.
• Contributing to delivery strategies and new offerings across Change Management.
