How you will make a difference:

• Deliver projects with excellence, following Safeguard Globals best practices every step of the way
• Dive into all aspects of implementation - your impact starts on day one!
• Collaborate closely with our Product Development and Sales teams to ensure solutions are built right and work seamlessly
• Own client communication plans - keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and confident
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) that guide the way
• Lead productive meetings, capturing key actions and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and managing project risks and issues proactively
• Keep change under control - own the Change Control Process to ensure smooth transitions
• Drive forward progress through focused, impactful status meetings
• Craft clear, insightful status reports that keep everyone in the loop
• Manage schedules and budgets like a pro, ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Bridge the gap between Project Delivery and Development to keep everyone aligned
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver every project on time and with impact
• Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to deliver on key milestones

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-layered transformation projects with confidence and clarity
• Experience driving large-scale change in a global environment
• Proven hands-on experience with Zendesk implementations
• Expert-level skills with project management tools and methodologies
• A global mindset - international business exposure is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience delivering software implementation projects with measurable impact
• Certified in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Track record of driving results across cross-functional teams and departments
• Understanding of how Software as a Service operates both technically and commercially
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that inspire trust and alignment
• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to rally others toward shared goals
• Natural leader and team builder, capable of energising and guiding diverse groups
• Forward-thinking and well-organised, always planning a few steps ahead
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess processes and respond to changing situations
