Hybrid – 3x days per week in Buckinghamshire

We are looking for a fantastic Senior Change Manager to join our client on a 9 month fixed term contract.

In this role, you will lead senior-level business change initiatives to drive the adoption of new business capabilities, helping the organisation realise its full potential. Managing a small team, you will design and implement business training programmes, engage external change management resources when needed, and develop strong relationships with senior leadership.

We are looking for an individual that:

• Is happy to travel to Buckinghamshire 3x days per week
• Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and managing large-scale change initiatives within complex organisational environments.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and technologies, and how they align with and support change management strategies.
