• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to structure deals and grow client relationships through automation and tailored methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shaping, planning and delivery of medium to large-scale client transformations.
• Manage budgets, resource profiles, billing and contracts across engagements.
• Develop delivery strategies and new offerings leveraging existing assets and automation.
• Contribute to internal training, upskilling consultants in automation and P3M methodologies.
• Structure and lead delivery teams; mentor junior members.
