Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a senior leader to shape, sell and drive Digital Engineering transformations for top UK and global clients. You will partner with executives to turn strategic goals into executable programs across operating models, processes, people, data and platforms.

You will lead opportunities, proposals and multi-disciplinary delivery, champion responsible AI, and advance client outcomes through governance, risk management and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or transformation leadership within engineering-intensive organisations.
• Deep knowledge of product development and engineering operations across relevant sectors.
• Experience designing engineering transformation—operating models, processes, governance, and technology enablement.
• Working knowledge of PLM/MBSE integrations with ERP, MES and enterprise data.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact Digital Engineering transformations for major UK/global clients.
• Originate and shape opportunities; lead discovery, proposals, solution design, estimation and commercial discussions.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams from mobilization through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Shape AI-enabled engineering strategies, including generative AI and intelligent automation, with measurable value.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and manage stakeholder alignment.
