Job summary

Hull City Council seeks a Senior Transformation Officer to lead and deliver change programmes, coordinating resources and ensuring benefits realisation across services. The role focuses on embedding digital transformation, stakeholder engagement and effective governance to achieve delivery targets.

The post is fixed term until December 2027 with potential for permanency, hybrid working across office locations and remote options where feasible.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change programmes and project management within a large organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to embed change and measure benefits across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on programmes/projects to deliver identified change and improvement.
• Ensure resources are allocated to projects and outputs delivered on time and quality.
• Monitor and report benefits, risks and issues; support upskilling of staff.
• Engage with senior managers to shape and deliver change and transformation.
• Ensure change is embedded and linked to governance and QA processes.
