Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a proactive Change Programme Manager to design and deliver change programmes across Neighbourhoods & Housing, aligning with strategic priorities and statutory requirements.

You will lead or support programmes, manage benefits realisation, and work with senior managers and partner organisations to embed new ways of working, measuring success through governance boards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering change programmes in a public sector context.
• Knowledge of performance measurement and benefits realisation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams.
