Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking professionals for the Change & Experience team to deliver market-leading business change and engagement solutions. This role blends consulting with programme leadership and leadership expertise to shape client journeys and transformation programs.

You will work with cutting-edge technologies and have opportunities to develop a broad range of new skills within a global network, contributing to high-profile client engagements across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise transformational change programmes.
• Proven ability to work with SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors and Salesforce technology.
• Strong consulting acumen with excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by technology.
• Manage the lifecycle including vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behaviour change, communications and measurement.
• Support growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation and thought leadership.
• Create market relevant Change Management viewpoints, blogs and offerings to build market eminence for Accenture’s Change consulting.
• Deliver with consistency and excellence for our clients.
