Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an HR Transformation Senior Manager in London to lead strategy and transformation programmes across HR. You will shape HR operating models, drive enterprise-wide change and deliver measurable business value with our global HR technology and consulting capabilities.

You will work in a dynamic, innovative culture with global client exposure, travel as required, and opportunities to develop broad HR transformation capabilities across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR transformation programmes and large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR operating models, design and technology enablement.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver strategic programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Strategy & Consulting projects for clients.
• Shape the client’s People strategy, HR operating model and organisation design.
• Develop data-driven insights, HR benchmarks and innovative solutions.
• Coordinate change programmes across geographies and functions.
• Engage senior client leaders to plan and implement change with clear roadmaps.
• Drive benefits realisation and value cases across HR transformation, including technology.
• Coach teams and manage stakeholders to deliver outcomes on time.
• Run workshops to gather requirements and validate client needs with design thinking.
