Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transformation Change Consultant to lead enterprise change initiatives across London, Manchester, and Edinburgh. The role focuses on technology-enabled change programmes and strong engagement with leadership to define transformation visions and activation strategies.

You will drive change planning, culture and communications, and leverage digital and AI tools to enhance learning, measurement and stakeholder adoption while contributing to the growth of Accenture’s Change

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering enterprise transformational change programmes.
• Experience with SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or Salesforce
• Develop transformation plans and change interventions.
• Leadership alignment and storytelling for change.
• Communication strategy and materials design (digital tooling).
• End-to-end technology implementation lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by technology.
• Define Change Management solutions across Business Transformation and Operating Model.
• Lead planning, culture change and communications strategies.
• Measure change outcomes and stakeholder adoption metrics.
• Support growth of Accenture's Change consulting practice.
