Job summary

Arup is seeking experienced Principal and Senior Town Planners to join our London office, leading planning processes for infrastructure from feasibility to consent and delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, advise clients on complex planning issues, and drive development consent orders and planning applications.

You will work with colleagues across environmental, transport and economics disciplines to shape sustainable, resilient places, supported by a structured professional

Qualifications

• Degree in town planning or equivalent
• Chartered membership with RTPI or equivalent body
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on complex planning matters

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to secure consent for infrastructure projects (DCOs and consent orders).
• Support proposals, business development and growth of infrastructure services.
• Design and deliver consultation, engagement and stakeholder workshops; mentor colleagues and promote collaboration.
