Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Planner based in Yorkshire to lead planning for infrastructure projects, including water and energy schemes under multi-year frameworks. The role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, advising clients on planning matters, and delivering day-to-day project management from planning applications to reports and meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree or masters in town planning or equivalent.
• Chartered RTPI membership or equivalent professional body.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to secure consent for infrastructure projects, including through DCOs and planning applications.
• Support proposals, business development and growth of our infrastructure offer.
• Design and deliver consultation, engagement and stakeholder workshops; mentor colleagues.
