Job summary

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Theatre Practitioner to support our Theatre department. You will work to lead the clinical team, coordinate services and drive delivery of high-quality patient care in line with national KPIs and IPS standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a clear understanding of the nursing/theatre agenda, and the ability to drive and sustain change across the Elective division.

Qualifications

• Experience in theatre services at a senior level.
• Demonstrable leadership in nursing/theatre settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the theatre team and coordinate care within the Theatre department.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in line with policies.
• Act as a clinical team leader, ensuring KPIs and IPS standards are achieved.
• Uphold the NMC/HCPC Code of professional Conduct and trust policies.
