Job summary

You will assist in theatre management, develop staff and services, and collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• Lead practitioner for operating theatre or designated area with programmes of care.
• Provide clinical expertise and act as a positive, professional role model.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient needs with the MDT.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of theatres to ensure excellence in patient care and staff/service development.
• Promote and collaborate in developing good working relationships with departments for an effective patient journey.
• Work with Team Leaders/Managers, collaborating with other health care professionals in delivering high standards of care.
