Tameside hospital is an NHS Foundation Trust based in Greater Manchester. We are looking to recruit a sister/charge nurse/ODP to support our patients, staff and ensure an excellent service that values everybody, every time, all the time.

The post holder will support the Team Leaders, Matron and senior nursing team across the Elective division, delivering the nursing agenda with theatre to meet local and IPS standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to drive and sustain change.
• Act as a clinical team leader within Theatre ensuring high standards and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leaders and Matron and the senior nursing team across the Elective division.
• Deliver the Trusts nursing agenda in conjunction with Theatre.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act as a clinical team leader with accountability for managing the Theatre service.
